Answer : Joe La Fountaine's step-daughter, Jamie

Answer : The author, Joe La Fountaine used to tell this
story to his middle school students around Halloween
and they loved it. Colastic Moon Temple is a book that
both children and adults can enjoy.

Question : Is Colastic Moon Temple a true story?

Answer : Yes, the story is in fact true. The only difference
is that some of the names have been changed.

Question : So the Colastic Moon Temple is a real
place?

Answer : Yes, however, back in the 70's it was called the
Star Moon Temple. The old building is still standing.
Anyone can drive by and see it - I will try to post a picture
of the building that inspired the story soon.
